“ We were coming through Waterloo, Iowa from St. Louis and pulled this restaurant up based off of the Google reviews. Rodney did not disappoint! We got Catfish, dinner, which included fried okra, greens, cornbread, and french fries. The portion sizes were hefty. Also, since it was Sunday, he was offering free beer, and or daiquiri. Which also included a free meal for the children. You can’t go wrong with this experience. Keep it up my Brotha! ”

The place was spotless, awesome 70’s soul playing in the background, and one of the nicest people you could meet taking our order. Our food came out fast and was hot and delicious. Mentioned how good the homemade potato salad was and he brought me out a second. Has to be the best place to eat in Iowa. I would give ten stars if I could. ”
